  • Where is my order?
    We will keep you updated on your order via email. If you haven't received any emails, please check your Junk Folder.
  • How do I return an item?
    Items in their original condition can be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Please follow these steps: 1. Repack the item with all their tags attached. 2. Complete the Return form that you received with your order and pop it inside your parcel. 3. 4. Attach the relevant sticky label to your parcel and post it off. Please remember to get proof of postage and keep this safe.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your item. Once it has been processed we will send you an email confirmation (please check your Junk Folder). Your refund will go back via the payment process method you used when placing the order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for your credit to reach your account.
  • What delivery options do you offer?

  • What happens if I receive a faulty item?
    If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 30 days with a description of the fault. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated. We will process a full refund including the original delivery charge.
  • I am missing an item, what do I do?"
    In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this may be due to your order being dispacted in separate parcels. If this is the case please check your emails as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. Please check your Junk Folder if you cannot find any emails from us.
